All applicants must furnish the bio-data of the CEO of the organization along with the

profile of the organization and following documents, If applicable:

Exporters: Letter allotting Importer-Exporter Code (IEC) issued by DGFT Government of

India.

100% EOUs: Permission Letter issued by Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Govt of India.

SSIS: Regn. Certificate issued by District Industries Centre, Department of Industries.

6. All the applicants, except those in exports, must pay the Admission Fee and Subscription for one year at the time of Submission of the application. Applicants engaged in export business must pay besides Admission Fee plus subscription for two years. 7. For subscription “year” is reckoned as a period of 12 months from the first day of the Quarter in which the application is submitted. “Quarter” means periods of April to June, July to September, October to December and January to March. 8.Payment should be made either in cash or by Demand Draft/Pay order drawn in favor of “Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry” Payable at Hyderabad.

*If an enterprise is registered as a Small-Scale Sndustry as per law or is issued a certificate

from the Department of Industries as such, irrespective of its status, it shall be classified under

the SSI Category.

Admission Fee (50% of Annual Subscription in the relevant category - One Time only) plus a

sum equivalent to ten times the rate of Annual Subscription under the applicable category

shall be the Life Membership Fee.
