Harga listrik antara di luar kawasan dengan di area KIIC sekitar Rp100 per kilowatt hour (kWh).

Jika pelanggan industri biasa hanya Rp 650 per kWh, maka pelanggan industri di kawasan KIIC membayar Rp 773 per kWh.
