I. TRADE DISCOUNT

A. Whole-goods and attachments: - 23% of suggested list price at time of shipment. B. Parts - 23% of suggested list price at time of shipment.

II. REGULAR TERMS

A. Whole-goods, attachments and parts shipped on regular terms are due 30 days after invoice date. B. Freight charges are due 10 days after invoice date. C. Payment is due in full when unit is retailed or removed from dealer’s place of business.

III. EARLY ORDER PROGRAM TERMS - 8160 ANHYDROUS AMMONIA AND SPRAY CONTROLLERS PLUS NITRO–LERT UNITS.

A. Early order period - January 25 thru February 25, 2021. B. Due date - May 15, 2021. C. Early order discount - allowed only if paid by due date. D. Early order quantity discount combine NITRO–LERT and 8160 Controller for quantity discount.

E. 5 to 15 units - 5% 16 or more units - 8% Discount is cumulative but not retroactive to previous orders.

D. Preseason cash discount schedule: The following cash discounts will be allowed on any invoice settled in full by dates listed below. The cash discount is NOT tied to a shipment date. IV. TRANSFERS - THE MAXIMUM EARLY ORDER DISCOUNT ALLOWED ON TRANSFERRED UNITS WILL BE THE LESSER OF:

1. The early order discount as stated on the original dealer’s Hiniker invoice. 2. The discount level achieved by the receiving dealer during the early order program.

As a Hiniker stocking dealer, you have made the commitment to sell the best equipment on the market. To help increase sales and brand awareness, Hiniker Company stays up to date by using the latest advertising platforms. Hiniker runs a national advertising campaign in trade journals and magazines directed at the target market, while also advertising digitally through Google search and display ads, social media ads, banner ads on popular websites, and through Search Engine Optimization (SEO) directing customers to the “find a dealer” portion of the website. We also attend national and regional shows.

As a business owner, you likely have unique ideas to target customers in your specific local commu-nity. We strongly encourage you to work with your Hiniker Sales Representative to develop a plan to effectively use your Hiniker Co-op Advertising funds. This plan should promote and link your busi-ness and Hiniker products to increase customer traffic and sales.

1. Eligible dealers: All factory-direct Hiniker dealers. Associate dealer submissions must be made through their factory-direct source.

2. Program dates: Jan 1, 2021 through Dec 31, 2021.

3. Program Limits: Hiniker Company will credit the factory-direct dealer’s account for 50% of eligible advertising costs. Total credit during the 12-month period may not exceed 1% of the dealer’s 2020 year purchases (Jan 1, 2020 through Dec 31, 2020). To determine your co-op ad accrual, contact your Hiniker sales representative, or email Ella Andreasen ([email protected]) at the factory.

4. All submissions for credit must be made on a Hiniker Equipment Co-Op Advertising Claim Form. All required documentation, as listed in the lower section of the form, must accompany the claim or it will not be processed. Claims must be submitted within 45 days.

7. Promotional Items: A maximum of 10% of a dealer’s annual co-op advertising allowance may be used on authorized Hiniker promotional items. The authorized items are listed at http://www.myb-starkstore.com/hiniker/. Submit claims accompanied by your invoice from our authorized supplier, BStark.

Nitro-Lert Applicator Plumbing Requirements.

The Nitro-lert is a very sensitive device designed to detect deviations from one port to the next on an anhydrous ammonia distributor. If the following requirements can not be met the Nitro-Lert should not be used.

1. All hose from the distributors must be of equal length.

2. All hose from the distributors must be 3/8 or 1/2 inch ID with no splices or kinks.

3. All excess hose from the distributor must be fastened horizontally to the applicator in coils no smallerthan 1.5 feet in diameter.

4. All knives must be of the same manufacturer. Inspect knife tubes for anything that may cause adistortion of flow or pressure as compared to the rest of the knives. Ensure all vapor tubes have thesame size opening at the injection point, the same bend profile, and void of any flat spots or kinksthat are not common to all the knife tubes.

5. Insert a rigid wire into the tube past the weld points to ensure there is no build up of weld slag.

6. A good quality distributor (manifold) is highly recommended. If multiple distributors are used theyshould be of the same model and manufacturer. Distributors must be mounted level.

7. Inlet piping to each distributor should be the same size. A schedule 80 tee fitting does an adequatejob of dividing flow when two distributors are used. Applicators with more than 2 distributors shoulduse flow splitters offered for sale by Squibb Taylor, John Blue, and Continental Companies.

8. Unused ports that are plugged should be spaced evenly around the distributor.

9. All outlet hose barbs on the distributor should have the same inside diameter. Hose barbs can varyfrom one manufacturer to the next.

10. The distributor should be cleaned regularly to ensure none of the outlets are obstructed. A filter with20 to 30 mesh screen, installed in the feed hose from the tank will minimize obstructions in thedistributor ports.
