Automatic Hook Throw (Slam Shut)
To open the door all that is required is a quarter turn of the key. This will draw back the latch and hook bolts.
When the door is shut, the small triggers strike the keep activating the hooks to throw.
Available in 45mm & 55mm backset

Key Operated with NEW Day-LatchTo open the door the key has to be wound 270°, this will draw back the twin tapered dead bolts.
When the door is shut, it will be held closed by the latch, but to fully lock, the key has to be wound 270° again. A thumb turn is required inside.
These locks now come as standard with the NEW MK39 daylatch function. This means you simply activate the convenient daytime latch and the door can be opened from the outside without a key by just pulling or pushing the door - a similar function to a roller ball catch.
