still has the bran (=tărîțe) and the germ (=germene, embrion) attached.

• Whole grain products: breads, pasta and cereals - made from 100% whole grain.

2. Fruit and vegetables

3. Protein• meat• poultry• fish• eggs• beans• nuts• soya (includes tofu)

4. Diary

5. Fat • Saturated fat: cakes, biscuits, sausages, pies, butter, lard,

cream, cheese, margarine, mayonnaise, pastries, chocolate, coconut oil and fried foods.

Unsaturated fat = “Good fat”

Trans Fat

and sugar• fizzy drinks,

• sweets, cakes and biscuits.
