Dear diary,It was an amazing unit . we learnt about healthy food. Food classified into five groups which contains all our body needs like energy,vitamins,carbohidrates and minerals which help us to grow up healthier,defete diseases. We have to choose our food services from the food pyramid .We were happy to create our own healthy food and tell our families to follow it. Thanks teacher
