Removing chocolate milk from the school cafeteria could take off 4-6 pounds of sugar per year from a child’s diet.

Children who are eating a well balanced diet have less behavioral problems.

Early exposure to preservatives, artificial coloring, excessive sugar, and fats can lead to early onset of puberty, ADD, ADHD, and diabetes.

About half of all 15 year olds have had some sort of tooth decay (mostly from fizzy drinks).

A single packet of salt gives you 2/3 of your recommended daily allowance of sodium.
