When you make a booking, a place is reserved specially for you.
If you cancel late, we cannot assign that position to anyone else,
therefore we ask that you respect the cancellation policy as follows.
A 50% refund will be given where at least 48 hours notice of
cancellation has been provided.
If cancellation is made less than 48 hours from the start of the
scheduled event, it is too late to assign that position to someone
else, therefore no refund will be given and your payment will be
forfeited.
