[New Beginnings] allowed me to gain the experience and knowledge required for me to do the degree I wanted to do. Without it, I wouldn’t have been able to access university because I simply didn’t have enough of an educational background to qualify for the course. It teaches you so many things but, overall, it teaches you how to be a student – what to expect and what’s expected of you. It’s a very, very good course

For me, UEL was a fresh start. I didn’t have A-levels, and [New Beginnings] was an opportunity for me to kind of step up and do something different. I’m looking forward to my future profession and working towards something. UEL has given me an opportunity I didn’t have before.
