OPERATING HOURS
• The site will run one shift at the start of harvest opening from 7:30am until 4pm at the sample stand.
• When harvest deliveries increase this shift will continue to extend, once deliveries are in full swing we will start a second operating shift.
• When the site is operating two shifts the site will be open from 7am until 10:30pm at the sample stand.
• If required due to continual weather issues over the harvest window the site can operate for 24hr windows to accommodate grower receivals whilst the weather is fine.
• The site has 40 employees available for the harvest period.
EQUIPMENT, SERVICE, TURNAROUND
• 5 stackers and drive-over hoppers at harvest peak • We will turn around your trucks as quickly as possible
SITE IMPROVEMENTS
• New office area, parking area and light vehicle exit.
• Reconfiguration of bunkers.
• New internal roadways.
• Site exclusion zone during harvest.
• New rail loading facility being constructed.

MASS MANAGEMENT We take mass limit breaches seriously. Be aware of the legal mass limit of your vehicle.
If you exceed the mass limit, there are three options
• Pick up after harvest
• Donate to Foodbank
• Don’t deliver at all
Emerald Grain is required to provide details of all overloaded trucks to regulatory authorities
For all grain delivered to and sold to Emerald Grain, we will process and make your payment within two business days of grain transfer.
