READY IN: 6-8 mins

SERVES: 4

4 garlic clove,

crushed

1 tbsp grated

ginger

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp chilli

powder

1 tsp cumin

8 lamb chop

Put the garlic in a bowl with theginger, lemon juice, oil, spicesand seasoning. Blitz with a handblender until smooth, then useto coat the lamb chops on bothsides. Leave to marinate in thefridge for a couple of hours orovernight.

Heat a barbecue until hot.Barbecue the chops over thecoals for 3 mins on each sideuntil cooked but still pink andjuicy in the centre.

Sri Lanka is pretty much a year-round destination. The climate isdiverse with tropical heat at thecoast and a cooler climate in thehill country.

December to March is consideredto be the best time to visit SriLanka, as this is the driest seasonon the west and south coasts, thecultural triangle and the hillcountry. The east coast is bestfrom May to September.

There are two separate monsoonseasons in Sri Lanka, one in thenorthwest and the other in thesouthwest so the best places to godepend on the time of year.However, even during themonsoon it does not rain all thetime. Temperatures stay close toan average of 27C throughout theyear.

Problems with IT Outsourcing

Outsourcing your IT is probably a good idea, however as withanything in life there are potential problems. And businessdecisions such as who’s going to revive the companyinfrastructure if it goes down should be considered extensively.
