We will also be holding our Halloween Parade for the entire school and a Halloween Dance sponsored by the 3rd grade on October 30, 2015. Entrance fee is $1.00 and snacks will also be sold for $.50 - $1.00

Half-Day Professional Development Day -

Wednesday, October 28. Our Half-Day Professional Development will be on Wednesday, October, 2015. Students will have classes in the morning and breakfast and lunch will be served. Students will be released by 11:15 AM so parents of bus riders should be at the bus stops no later than 11:45 AM.

AsTumbo’s Parent Teacher Organization will be holding a meeting on Wednesday, November 5th at 6PM in the cafeteria. The teachers of the from Kindergarten, Pre-school GATE and Headstart will be performing and student work will be on display.

On Tuesday, November 5th from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, AsTumbo Elementary will be holding

its 1st Quarter Parent Teacher Conference. All teachers from Kindergarten to 5th grade, the

Language and Literacy Program, Special Education, GATE, Chamorro, Pre-School GATE, and Head-

start will be present to discuss student progress. Please make time to see all teachers who work

with your child(ren) to find out how they are doing and how you can work with the school to support

learning at home.

UNITED YOUTH Against Bullying and Drugs

The UNITED YOUTH in conjunction with the Language

and Literacy Program at AsTumbo Elementary hosted a

series of learning activities that focused on being

united in anti-bullying and being drug free as part of

the United Nations celebration. If you are interested in

UNITED YOUTH Against Bullying and Drugs Students were treated to a presentation by Urban Dance Studio as well as our Military sister squad-ron as they shared the united message to be drug-free and be a friend and not a bully.
