“Ricochet” is an adventure-based leadership development
program created specifically for middle-school age youth.
The ultimate goals for Ricochet are for youth to realize
that anyone can be a leader and to see themselves as
leaders in their own community. The curriculum follows
three stages of leadership – Awareness – Interaction –
Mastery. Ricochet 1, Ricochet 2 and Ricochet 3 correlate
to each of those stages. Five Dimensions of Leadership
are addressed in each unit: Leadership Information,
Leadership Attitudes, Communication Skills, Decision
Making and Stress Management.
Want to be part of the Texas 4-H implementation of
Ricochet in 2018-19?
