Expample of a marketing letter

#1 Person to sent and address

Must know the person you need the send the letter to.

Otherwise the general line would not know who to sent and… yeah it is left there “unentertained”~

Company name and address

If the person is a man, use Tuan, if woman, don’t forget to use “Puan/ Cik”

#2 Don’t forget to check and change the date before sending the letter. It should be the

same date with the day you send the letter!

#4 Change 2012/2013 to 2013/2014

#5 Tuan and Puan, don’t mixed up!

• It is advisable to put tuan on men and puan on women. Make sure you check the letter THOROUGHLY before sending them.

• Good afternoon. I just called to your company about the sponsorship for the annual magazine "Pharmaline" organized by faculty of pharmacy, The National University of Malaysia (UKM).

In it you can draw a table of records that when you had contacted the companies and their progress

• For claiming telephone bills, please purchase iTalk and keep the receipts.

• Prepare a list of records on the call that you’ve made to prove that you REALLY use the iTalk on calling the companies.

• Eg. Company name, duration of call, time of call, amount used, balance. You may write down the date that you reloaded your iTalk
