    The Introducing of Grid Tie Controller

    1. The drawing of principle is as following:

    2. Introducing:A. The control system compose by the PWM controller, PWM dump load and the AC dump

    load.

    B. Normally the PWM dump load and the AC dump load do not work.C. We can set up the voltage of the PWM dump load and the AC dump load.D. Now we can description the process of controller workinga. For example we set up the PWM dump load voltage is 430v and the AC dump load voltage

    is 450V, these two voltage is different and the AC dump load voltage must higher the PWM

    dump load voltage.

    b. Normally the controller output to the grid tie inverter, when the output voltage of controlleris higher 430V , then the redundant power is dumped by PWM dump load, but in this timethe output voltage of controller still exist, that mean the grid tie inverter can still working.

    Like these, the output controller is stable at 430v.

    c. When the PWM dump load is working, in fact there two load for the wind turbine, one isthe inverter and the other is the dump load.

    d. During the inverter and PWM controller is working, the voltage is still high 430V, Thenswitch to the AC dump load by the relay.

    e. After 20 minutes (called by the relay time), the controller check the voltage and regainrestart the controller according the normal working state.

    f. And there is a switch, that you can restart the controller at anytime.g. When the grid power turn off , the AC dump load working, there are not output of

    controller.

    h. When you need to stop wind turbine, you can use the manual mechanical brake i. In the other way, The above description is without the furl tail function, When the wind

    speed is more, the tail can furl and then the blade deflexion a angle with the wind direction,

    the blade do not face the wind direction vertical.

    j. Last testing, the PWM dump laod is 5KW and the AC load is also 5kw, Next time we willchange to 7.5KW and 10KW

    There are three parameter can setup according your requipment:1. The PWM dump load voltage2. The AC dump load voltage(Usully higher 15-20V than the PWM dump load voltage)3. The relay time

    The Description of the switch of Grid tie controller

    1WIND TURBINE SWITCH

    AON The wind turbine controller is working state, this is the normal state;

    B OFF, The AC dump load working

    2: Grid Power Switch:

    A: ON, The Normal working state;

    B: OFF, Turn off the Grid power, the AC dump load working.

    3: Cancel the time relaying:

    When the controller is time relaying, you can push this button so that cancel the time relaying.

    NOTICE:

    1. The PWM dump load use the two cable wire to connect to the controller terminal with thePWM dump load terminal;

    2. The AC dump load use the three cable wire to connect to the controller terminal with the ACdump load terminal;
