For this project, the brief was to create an exhibition focused on a key word. I wanted to create my exhibition focused on something related to todays society and an issue that was with the growth of technology and the way it could effect our world. The exhibition Terms and Conditions focused on the three powerful countries USA, UK and China. I have researched how data collection is used to exploit users. These countries politically and socially focused on key events such as Trump elections and Brexit 2016.

DOCUMENTINGThe brief was to create an outcome focused on pschogeography, I studied the meaning of flanuer and focused on the gender related researches. Female flanese was my focus point, I studied an area at home which I never walked through. I approached this brief by documenting photographs and making notes as I was walking around.
PSYCHOGEOGRAPHY
I created a mark using the walking patterns of women and male dominated streets. Using the mark, I created an exhibition space.

The exhibition space has two rooms. Room 1 is contains the mark that covers the whole floor which symbolises male domination and the route of most women in Manchester Road. Room 2 contains all the photographs which has the mark placed into the image. This is on walls and shop fronts used by the people living in the area. The photograohs are all taken by me.

Creating social media mock ups and business cards to show off the way the design can be replicated. The aim of this project was to create persuasive
outcomes to Uni Living free services Cardiff Metropolitan University. The purpose raise awareness for the services and attract students to use the services provided by the university. I created a logo, posters and other materials such as business cards to build a strong intriguing branding. The main concept was a combination of optical illusion using typography which symbolises students being sucked into a housing contract.

The brief was to design a book cover for A Short History of Nearly Everything by Bill Bryson. The brief said we should create a unique design which doesn’t attract only children but also focus on adults.
The book cover was designed to focus on the 4 layers on earth. I wanted to create a contemporary clean aesthethic. I believe tihs creates a mystery and makes it intrigu-ing to the readers. I wanted to stay away from generic symbols to show the essence of the book. I used clean shapes and easy readable font to enhance the aesthethic.
