Or you can work along with us on the Craft Video! 1. Take the yellow texture card and cut out a circle. This will be the body of your Giraffe. 2. Fold the circle in half. 3. Gather five pegs. Four of these will be legs and one is needed for the neck. 4. Peg the legs along the two sides of the body and peg one peg onto the fold at one end. 5. Extend the neck by adding a section of straw, or a stick or a length of sponge into the two sides of the peg and tape on. *TIP* If you do the sponge, cut it into and ‘L’ so that the end of the ‘L’ becomes the head. 6. To make the tale, add a short section of straw, or a stick or a sponge 7. If you haven’t used the sponge as the head, you can make a head for your giraffe by taping on a cotton ball of leaf to the top of the neck. 8. With a marker, draw some eyes onto the head. 9. To add the spots of your giraffe’s fur, dip you index finger into some paint and dab some spots all over the giraffe. Let’s go on Safari!
