Multiple Future Student Consultants Wanted

We are seeking positive customer focused people to work as part of La Trobe University Bundoora’s Sale Contact

Centre to deliver high quality, accurate and efficient advice to future students and the general public.

Responsibilities would include regularly monitoring and responding to prospective student enquiries, building

relationships with key stakeholders, and performing office management support tasks. We are looking for people

with administrative experience preferably in marketing or communications, with strong intrapersonal and

Event and Communications Assistant Wanted

Seeking a driven and detail-oriented student or recent graduate to assist with the organisation and preparation of

an employability event with the Innovative Research Universities (IRU) team at La Trobe. Responsibilities include

listing management for attendees, communicating with vendors and event speakers, assisting with agendas and

briefs, and using Canva for creating graphics.

Looking for creative applicants with the ability to work efficiently, have a flexible

approach, and have strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.

Applicants must be able to work 2 days per week at La Trobe University’s Bundoora

Product Development Coordinators Wanted (Graduate Role)

Work for a leading wholesaler and distributer of quality paint business full time! Looking for creative graduates to

assist and coordinate with the product development team in all aspects of product development and bringing

products to the market.

Responsibilities would include managing and tracking sample and production processes, assisting Product Mangers

in the sampling approval process, liaising with offshore supplies and factories, maintaining relationships with

suppliers, and coordinating samples for photoshoots. Experience includes a knowledge of production methods and

the ability to manage a challenging workload while meeting deadlines, and previous experience in a Production

Assistance/Coordinator role or an administrative capacity within a product development or buying team.

Applicant will be working for the Institute for the Home Security and Social Change, a research centre at La Trobe

Experience includes holding a degree in a relevant discipline (such as political science, development studies or

student to work on an Australian Research Council Discovery project. The applicant must have a background in

psychology, vision, neuroscience, or a combination of these disciplines,

along with excellent critical thinking skills.

Prospective students will be provided with assistance to apply for

competitive La Trobe research scholarship including stipend, with a value

of $27,082 per annum to support living costs for 3.5 years, and a fee-relief
