Sonnax offers oversized ZF5HP19 Pump Bushings

Sonnax is pleased to introduce a new, replacement pump bushing for the ZF5HP19.

During normal operation, the ZF5HP19 transmission pump bushing wears out, causing the bushing to spin and damage the pump bore. Sonnax offers two oversized pump bushings — 85916-01 and 85916-01U — that allow rebuilders to salvage pumps with damaged bushing bores.

Both bushings are of bi-metal con-struction and are held to tight toler-ances. The oversized precision bushing

85916-01 and oversized finish-in-place bushing 85916-01U both allow you to machine and salvage pumps with damaged bushing bores, and to set its clearance with the converter hub. These bushings can save you $200 in pump replacement costs.

For more information, contact your Sonnax dealer, or stop by our web site, at www.sonnax.com.

Transmission Specialty Tools Forefront of New Business

JBH Distributing Ltd is a new com-pany specializing in transmission tools and diagnostic equipment. With over 17 years experience in the industry, Jean and Brent Heilig founded the company in January 2006. Their main objective is to bring a new level of expectation to customer service.

“We founded this business to pro-vide quality products with exception-al customer service at an affordable price,” said Jean.

“In the fast-paced world we live in today it’s important not to overlook the details of day-to-day business,” said Brent. “We try to answer the questions at hand and research those we don’t have an answer for, to provide our customers with a quick response. Our belief is simple: The faster our cus-tomer gets a response, the faster he or she can close the sale.”

Many items that JBH Distributing offers are familiar, such as the foot press, bushing driver kits, pressure gauges and holding fixtures. The company’s inventory is growing daily and so is its number of distributors. Emphasis is on stocking the most popular items now, with plans to add new items along the way. JBH Distributing is also working on their first catalog and website.

“We’re very excited to continue our relationships with parts warehouses and mobile tool distributors,” said Jean, “They’re like family to us and deserve to be treated as such.”
