The entrance to the garage is located on Tulare Avenue just east of Van Ness on the north side of the street. An additional entrance is located on the north end of the garage off of Fresno Street. The Convention Center Parking Structure features 5 levels and 1,565 parking spaces, including 8 motorcycle spaces and 26 disabled parking spaces. The facility supports the Federal Courthouse, the Saroyan Theater, the Convention Center, Exhibit Hall, and various downtown businesses in the area. Primary users such as Federal Courthouse employees will have access to monthly parking permits. Federal Jurors will also be able to use the structure and receive validation for their parking through the Courthouse. One-time guests will have access to the AUTOMATED “PAY ON FOOT” system. Here’s how it works:

• The customer receives a ticket from the machine at the entrance to the garage • The customer TAKES THE TICKET WITH THEM when they leave the garage • Upon return, the customer inserts their ticket into one of the “PAY ON FOOT” machines, located at the

garage foot entrances and elevators • The machine will determine how long the car has been in the garage and calculate the fee • Customer pays the machine, using cash, change, Visa or MasterCard. • Upon payment, an exit ticket will print. The customer will insert their ticket at the exit gate and quickly

depart. The exit ticket is good for 20 minutes after it is issued.

The “PAY ON FOOT” system has a significant environmental impact in that it prevents idling at the exit point to pay fees. It also decreases wait time to depart during peak hours. The credit card payment option is an added benefit for customers who do not often carry cash. SP+ parking will have an attendant on site to assist customers with the system, as well as to respond to courtesy calls. Courtesy boxes are located next to each elevator and stairwell to assist parking structure guests with questions or in the event of an emergency. Please observe posted signage in the garage indicating if any portion or level of the structure is reserved. This public parking lot is located at Broadway and H Street. This lot has approximately 210 parking stalls including 10 disabled spaces and 1 motorcycle-dedicated stall. The County of Fresno is the highest volume user at this location but it is also available to visitors of the Fulton Mall. If permits are sold out or unavailable, customers will be placed on a wait list until a stall opens up. The public lot referred to as the Stadium Lot is located on H Street between Kern Street and Inyo Street. The lot has 525 parking stalls, including 1 motorcycle stall and 12 disabled parking spaces. During Grizzlies baseball season, use of this lot is limited to season pass holders and the disabled during events. For all other stadium events, the standard $7 rate applies and the lot is available to the public. It is currently closed for single day use and is limited to permit holders only. The lot has 90 metered parking stalls, some have a 2 hour limit and some have a 10 hour limit depending on the length of your stay. These meters accept the City of Fresno Parking Meter Card.
