3. Once approved, send Purchase Order to Authorized AIS dealer with remit to as follows: AIS 25 Tucker Drive Leominster, MA 01453. ***If you are ordering from multiple manufacturers your po can be made out directly to your to Authorized AIS dealer.

4. Order Review – Your AIS Authorized dealer will review and confirm order accuracy, lead times and delivery requirements prior to submitting order. Please communicate any special instructions/delivery requirements to be noted on order.

5. Order Submission – Your AIS Authorized dealer will submit your purchase order directly to AIS along with their quote number and confirm receipt of order acknowledgement.

6. AIS will invoice NCPA Member directly upon product shipment.

The National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA) is a leading national government purchasing cooperative working to reduce the cost of goods and services by leveraging the purchasing power of public agencies in all 50 states. NCPA works with a lead public agency to solicit master contracts which are based on quality, performance, and most importantly pricing.

Most states allow for cooperative purchasing with few exceptions. If your end users are unsure of their state’s statute, please direct them to http://www.ncpa.us/Statutes. The process is free of charge, very easy and does not commit them, their agency or entity to anything.
