Profile information is the ‘about me page’. It is public by default and can contain as little or as much as users want it to.

My Portfolio is the main part of the ePortfolio. This is where users create, edit and share their pages.

My Views is the first TAB when you click my Portfolio. Users can create pages here (called Views) here, edit them, and set

permissions to control who can see them

Create View, then choose layout and theme

Brief title and description of what the page will be about. Then edit access

The Groups TAB allows premium and institutional users to create groups, find groups and forums, view friends, and find friends. All friend/group requests need to be approved

Groups can include forums, members pages, shared files, shared templates and other shared features

The institutional administration panel allows for control over most student functions including adding/removing students, creating groups, changing/restoring passwords, and themes.
