Profile information is the ‘about me page’. It is public by default and can contain as little or as much as users want it to.
Profile example
Different blocks can be added or deleted from profile
My Portfolio is the main part of the ePortfolio. This is where users create, edit and share their pages.
My Views is the first TAB when you click my Portfolio. Users can create pages here (called Views) here, edit them, and set
permissions to control who can see them
Preview a page, edit or set permissions From My Views
Create or copy a page here
Create View, then choose layout and theme
Brief title and description of what the page will be about. Then edit access
In this example Public was clicked then save (at bottom of page)
Now edit the view that has just been created
Choose from these TABS to enter content
Drag any block into the page (below the line). A text box found in the General TAB is a good place
to start
In the same way all these features can be dragged into a
page
Random Examples
The Groups TAB allows premium and institutional users to create groups, find groups and forums, view friends, and find friends. All friend/group requests need to be approved
Groups can include forums, members pages, shared files, shared templates and other shared features
The institutional administration panel allows for control over most student functions including adding/removing students, creating groups, changing/restoring passwords, and themes.
This is a brief overview of some of the capabilities of FolioSpaces. Please contact us
for any further information.
