India’s top brand of eggless premium biscuits 45 variety was manufactured at client’s own factories and sold at 33 stores in 3 cities of north India. I took charge in 2011. Client did not want to open more factories, increase production or open own stores. I submitted detailed plan of opening franchise factories, wrote agreement, designed presentation, advertised in newspaper for franchise factories, met prospects and signed with 5 partner for 9 year agreement, took security deposits against non discloser contract. We made presentation for retail franchise, wrote agreement, advertised in newspapers, met prospects in cities of north India, appointed 10 partners in a month. We hired PR and BTL agencies, opened new layout stores with fresh enthusiasm, manpower training, advertisements and ATL activities. We continued such exercise in other cities, planned fresh print advertisements, billboards, newspaper inserts, in-shop POS displays, home delivery bikes, mascot, festive packaging, corporate sale, event sampling and more. Clients grew in 10 months to 64 outlets at 15 cities in 6 states with 11 factories. 250% increase in deposit, 55% in turnover.
