The Penone family of door finishes will be constructed from a state of the art manufacturing process called Thermally Textured Surfaces (TTS) which gives you materials ranging from deep linear patterns to deep embossed grains providing the most realistic textured products in the industry plus an extremely durable scratch resistant finish. Finishes range in appearances from rustic wood grain, leather and even concrete. Sequential Grain matching is a standard procedure when selecting this product from Rutt, each cabinet door and drawer front will align both vertically and horizontally based upon the cabinet layout and sheet material size limitations. Currently there are over 20 different finishes to select from.

These aesthetically appealing, highly durable finishes are available in 21 luscious colors, patterns, and wood grains, including four shades of the ever-popular white. The levels of high gloss coatings include PET film and UV Lacquer, both of which possess high gloss sheens of 90% creating a glass-like European gloss finish that provides the deepest-depth in beauty. Both of these high gloss options offer exceptional scratch, heat, and chemical resistance, as well as UV protection to inhibit discoloration making them extremely durable and easy to clean and care for.

The Aletto collection combines elegant aesthetic style with state-of-the-art technology. This laminate is forged with the finest materials to create a monotonic matte surface building a refined foundation for even the most exuberant designs. The panel surface has unique properties such as low light reflectivity which gives it a Super Matte sheen thanks to it’s extreme opacity and the finish is soft to touch with an Anti-Fingerprint feature. The self healing characteristic of the surface makes it highly resistant to superficial micro scratches and abrasion, as well as to stains. Simply put, it is similar to a plastic laminate, except instead of a décor paper face, the “face” of Treefrog is a real wood veneer - richer, warmer and more deeply textured. The real wood veneer is then coated with a matte or low gloss polyurethane topcoat in a controlled manufacturing environment for a more consistent and uniform look giving you an end result of sheer beauty. Treefrog is made in Italy and is manufactured to meet European and American workplace and environmental standards.

The Pelham door style is one that provides you with a variety of simplistic clean looks all within the same door style. When using our Traditional 3/8” or 1/4” inset beaded face frame with an elegant finial hinge in your choice of finish it creates that “not quite” traditional inset look. Or change it up by using a plain profile inset face frame along with either a concealed hinge or our new exposed Olive Knuckle hinge for a more sleek transitional appearance. Pelham is an MDF door with standard hardwood constructed face frames and will be available in all of our standard paint offerings as well as custom paint.

Its clean, crisp inside and outside profiles allow this door to be designed with both a contemporary feel as well as a sleek inset design. Unlike others that simply attach a piece of molding to the face of their door, Rutt handcrafted a specially designed outside edge molding to encapsulate the side of the door panel thus eliminating any unsightley seams. The SoHo is a 1” thick door with matching drawer front and will be made available in a large variety of our standard wood species as well as our painted finishes.
