PENDAHULUAN

Latar Belakang

• Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja merupakan instrumen yang memproteksi pekerja, perusahaan, lingkungan hidup, dan masyarakat sekitar dari bahaya akibat kecelakaan kerja.

Rumusan Masalah

• Bagaimana pelaksanaan program K3 PT. Angkasa Pura (Persero) Bandar Udara Syamsudin Noor ?

• Mengetahui persyaratan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang ada di PT. Angkasa Pura (Persero) Bandar Udara Syamsudin Noor.

• 3Mengetahui Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi k3 Bandar Udara Syamsudin Noor.

Tujuan

• Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan program K3 pada PT. Angkasa Pura (Persero) Bandar Udara Syamsudin Noor ?

• Untuk mengetahui persyaratan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja PT. Angkasa Pura (Persero) Bandar Udara Syamsudin Noor ?

• Mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi K3 Bandar udara.

PRELIMINARY

BACKGROUND

• Occupational safety and health is an instrument that protects workers, the company, the environment and the surrounding community of danger due to workplace accidents.

Problem solving

• How the implementation of the program K3 PT. Angkasa Pura (Persero) Syamsudin Noor Airport?

• Knowing the requirements of safety and health management systems work in PT. Angkasa Pura (Persero) Syamsudin Noor Airport.

• Knowing the factors that influence k3 Syamsudin Noor Airport

PURPOSE

• To find out how the implementation of K3 program at PT. Angkasa Pura (Persero) Syamsudin Noor Airport?

• Dari Hasil uji laboratorium kesehatan banjarmasin oleh CV. Anugerah karya Bersaudara didapat bahwa kualitas udara yang ada disekitar kawasan Bandar Udara Syamsudin Noor Masih berada di batas Mutu yang telah ditetapkan menurut Peraturan Gubernur Kalsel Nomor 053 Tahun 2007 (1 jam) Tanggal27 Desember 2007. Terlihat Seperti Hasil uji karbon Monoksida yang memiliki batas mutu 2000 dan hasil uji yang didapat adalah 48,02.

• From the results of laboratory tests banjarmasin health by CV. Grace works Brothers found that the existing air quality around the airport area Syamsudin Noor Still in quality limits established by the South Kalimantan Governor Decree No. 053 of 2007 (1 hour) on 27 December 2007. It looks like a carbon monoxide test results that have quality limits 2000 and the test results obtained are 48.02.

Pura dan dari hasil pengukuran kebisingan langsung(data primer) yang dilakukan di bagian sisi udara bandara (Apron) dan luar bandar Udara( Terminal Kedatangan) Maka dapat dikatakan Untuk wilayah sisi udara bandar udara Syamsudin Noor tingkat kebisingan sudah berada diatas batas mutu yang ada.

KESIMPULAN DAN SARAN

KesimpulanPada instansi Bandara Udara Syamsudin Noor banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja para pekerja di sisi udara seperti tingkat kebisingan yang masih tinggi ( diatas baku mutu) yang telah ditetapkan serta tingkat pencahayaan dilapangan (apron) sisi udara yang tinggi, namun hal tersebut dapat ditangani oleh pihak PT.Angkasa Pura dengan baik

SaranKesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja merupakan prioritas setiap orang baik dalam menjalankan suatu instansi maupun pekerjaan pribadi maka dari itu kita harus memperhatikan faktor-faktor apa saja yang mungkin akan menyebabkan terjadinya kecelakan kerja sehingga kita dapat menanganinya atau mencegahnya dengan menggunakan alat pelindung diri

CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

ConclusionOn agencies Syamsudin Noor Airport are many factors that can affect the safety and health of workers at the air side as the noise level is still high (above the quality standards) that have been established as well as the level of illumination field (apron) side of the high air, but it can handled by PT.Angkasa Pura

SuggestionOccupational Health and Safety is a priority for everyone both in the running of an institution or a private job and therefore we must consider what are the factors that may contribute to the occurrence of work accidents so that we can deal with or prevent the use of personal protective equipment
