The Management Training Program is a 1 day free training initiative developed by Human Resource

Associates for Human Resource Managers, Administrative Managers, Heads of Departments, ManagersSupervisors, Operation Managers and other personnel in Management roles and positions to improve onthemselves and the quality of personnel in their respective organisations. The competencies and skills acquired from the academy are expected to significantlyimprove on-the-job performance of participants.

    Our Training Approach

Our training programs are designed to enhance specific competencies that will increase the productivity ofparticipants on their respective jobs. Emphasis is placed on tools that can be used to implement theprinciples of our training courses. As such, all our training courses are delivered with tools that can beused by participants after the learning event.

Our value proposition is the effect of the training on your employees personality, perception and

relationships which ultimately translates unto their jobs. What you dont have, you dont give. It is thevalue a man has that he can transfer unto his job.

Our training philosophy is hinged on the fact that management training is a learning process which willcreate long lasting repository of knowledge in each individual and in the corporate environment as awhole. Our training modules emphasize leadership, individual perception and responsibility.

Furthermore, in order to ensure and monitor organizational growth, a feedback mechanism has beendesigned. It is called the action plan , this is a mechanism whereby participants are made to fill a formcalled action plan sheet . They write what they intend to do on their respective jobs as a result of the newknowledge acquired from the training. This form is filled in triplicates. One copy goes to the sponsor/HRmanager of the sponsoring organization, another goes to the training consultant and the last copy goes tothe participant. This way, they are all able to monitor the performance of each participant and theirindividual contribution to the organizational growth. This ensures that a sponsor can actually monitor inreal terms, the effect of the training program on individual effectiveness and organizational growth.
