The PaYS program provides America’s youth with the unique opportunity to simultaneously serve their country and prepare for their future. The 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, recently uncased the brigade colors in a transfer of authority ceremony at Camp Buehring, Kuwait.
