This is a RECOMMENDED course sequence for students interested in earning an Associate in Applied Science degree (AAS) followed by a Bachelor of Science in Technology, Applied Manufacturing Technology, at Northern Illinois University. This curriculum can be locked in per the Bachelor’s Degree Completion Program Agreement between NIU and CCC. The NIU College of Engineering believes that the Bachelor of Science in Technology is the perfect next step for students who graduate from an A.A.S. program in Manufacturing Technology- CNC Machining at CCC. It is a career-oriented program that prepares students to become industry professionals capable of successfully managing human, mechanical, technological and financial resources in a manufacturing environment. The courses identifies as CCC courses on page 2 can be taken at CCC and recognized as completing courses towards the bachelor's degree at NIU.Students can also create an account and upload their CCC courses into the TransferologyTM system to see how their courses will transfer from CCC to NIU.
