Sağlıklı bina konsepti kapsamında, güneş ışınlarının şiddeti ve dağılımı ile doğal ışığın yeterliliği büyük önem taşımaktadır. Nasıl ki doğal gün ışığına olan ihtiyaç kaçınılmazsa, yine aynı şekilde direkt güneş ışınlarından korunma gereksinimi de kaçınılmazdır. Bu ‘talep’ mimari projelerde Güneş Kırıcı Sistemleri’nin kullanılmasıyla rahatlıkla aşılabilir. ‘Termal Konfor’ talebi, Fyt Mühendislik Güvencesiyle, estetikten ödün vermeksizin karşılanabilmektedir. Güneş Kırıcı Sistemlerimiz, talebe bağlı olarak; Cam Materyal, Ekstrüde ya da Perfore Alüminyum Profil, Veya yine Alüminyum Menfez Profil seçeneklerini sunmaktadır. Projeniz doğrultusunda farklı ebat ve formlarda tasarımlar gerçekleştirilmektedir. Sabit konumlu ve Değişken (Hareketli) konumlu tipleriyle hizmet veren Güneş Kırıcı Sistemlerimiz’ in Detayları ise şöyledir; Güneş Kırıcı Sistemleri, fonksiyonel özelliklerinin yanı sıra, bina’ya estetik bir görünüm ve prestij kazandırmaktadır. Fotoğraflara görüldüğü üzere başarıyla gerçekleştirilen Güneş Kırıcı Sistemimizin şıklığı ortadadır. Sistemlerimiz, çalışma ortamlarının iyileştirilmesi konusunda da oldukça kullanışlıdır. Güneş Işınlarının, henüz ortama nüfuz etmeden, engellenmesi ya da minimize edilmesi Güneş Kırıcı Sistemlerimiz ile mümkündür. Projelerimizde gerçekleştirdiğimiz güneş kırıcı sistemleriyle konforlu ortam oluşturulmuş ve istenmeyen etkiler bertaraf edilmiştir. Sistemlerimiz yalnızca cephe önlerinde kullanılmamaktadır. Bunun yanında, Transparan Çatılarda da rahatsızlığa sebep olabilecek ‘Işınlar’ı önlemede tercih edilebilirler.

The role of adequate distribution of natural light in the concept of creating a healthy building is of grat importance. As the need for natural daylight is essential, also the necessity for protection from the direct sunlight is unavoidable. This requirement in the architectural projects can be resolved easily with the use of Solar Shading Systems. Adequte selection and aplication of these systems is providing improved work and home envirement. We have developed various sun control devices on the base of years of experience working together with architect and engineers, in order to provide the optimal performance. Our sun control systems can meet the demand for thermal comfort without losing the building design aesthetics. Different design, sizes and forms according your project design can be fulfilled. Depending on design requirements aluminum blades are arranged in horizontal and vertical configuration. All systems can be produces as fixed and adjustable. Adjustable types can be offered as motor operated or hand operated and also additional option we are offering is automated light intensity sensor driven motor.

Structural performance as well as thermal movements resulting from change of surface temperatures should be taken in consideration during the application of the selected system to the specific project design. We are offering you our assistance in selection of the appropriate elements for your project.

Depending on the system, extruded and sheet profiles, used is aluminum alloy (AlMgSi 0.5) with minimum 1.8 mm wall thickness, specifically chosen for a combination of architectural and structural properties. Used fasteners are of same aluminum alloy or stainless steel 304. For glass sun breaker system used glass is 6+1,52 PVB+6 mm, offered in various color options or clear glass with patterned foil.

All sun breakers, both extruded or sheet metal, have standard polyester powder coating with ISO 9001 Certification and “Qualicoat” labeling. The thickness of the coating is between 60 and 80 microns, ensured by strict adherence to pre treatment regimes in respect of cleaning and priming. Product offers a standard range of colors (RAL) provided the chosen RAL is stable and appropriate for external use. Also anodized finish is offered with standard shades per request.

Frame size vary depending of architectural design and structural limitations. Blades with 200mm width are fixed inside the frame used as sliding panels with one or more channels or as folding panels. This system is very efficient, able to span over complete façade surface, reducing solar heat to minimum and providing healthy comfortable environment without hiding the view from inside the building.
