Success Framework» National Conference of State Fleet Administrators

“The Division of Fleet Operations will be presented the "2014 Fleet Excellence Award" at the upcoming NCSFA Conference”This annual award from NCSFA recognizes state fleet organizations that "improve the efficiency of their fleet in terms of measurable cost reductions, safety enhancements, or improved customer service.“”

DFO's recognition is based primarily on the measurable cost reductions seen in FY14 from the implementation of an in-house call center that approves maintenance and repair requests from vendors on its network.”
