Fleet Admin Pro includes an array of essential features to help enterprises boost work productivity and gain significant cost savings. Powerful primary features including Device Configuration, Device Monitoring and Device Discovery enable improved device oversight and management of the entire fleet from a remote location. In addition, the Usage Control feature maintains tight command of device use by administrators to lower expenses.

Extended features for robust multi-site & server management

Fleet Admin Pro helps IT administrators efficiently and centrally manage multi-site printers using Site Manager or multi-servers, which are both paid services. These extended capabilities drive greater productivity and cost savings through multi-site management support. The Site Manager application can be embedded inside a printer or PC for server-less, multi-site printer management of up to 5,000 devices. Multi-server provides scalable load balancing using up to three servers to manage up to 30,000 devices. Features such as Automatic Notification ensures responsive support to any issues in the fleet and Enhanced Monitoring enables remote monitoring of more device indicators than previously possible, minimizing maintenance from field technicians.
