How we see customer proximity The only thing standard about our work is its quality. When it’s a question of unconventional solutions, we’ll go to any length.

Success doesn’t come by chance

We make decors successful.

The lighter H1146 ST10 Natural Bardolino Oak (shown above andleft) and darker H1158 ST10 Truffle Brown Bardolino Oak (below)still keep the worn, authentic look of the original Bardolino Oakdécor, with the saw-cut design that showcases the highly-realisticeffects Egger is capable of in its wood reproductions.

U702 ST9 Cashmere is just one of the wide range of neutral solidcolours that combine perfectly with the Bardolino range ofwoodgrain décors and provides a refreshing alternative to theever-present cream. The new versatile shade can also create asophisticated and contemporary feel on its own or with otherneutral solids.

Winningdécors inharmony withneutral solids

Authenic-looking untreated wood is the currenthot demand in finishes, complete with knots, pronounced planking and saw cuts. Egger is

meeting the trend for rough-cut décors by followingthe successful Bardolino Oak decor with lighter anddarker versions, H1145 ST10 Natural Bardolino Oakand H1158 ST10 Truffle Brown Bardolino Oak. Alsomaking use of the complementary ST10 surfacetexture is the perhaps surprising H1725 ST10 SandProvencial Elm design, a décor that shows that even asimple plain woodgrain like elm is up to the demandsfor untreated wood surfaces.

To work on its own or in harmony with naturalwoodgrains, the new neutral solid colour U702 ST9Cashmere has been introduced as part of the KBBsector’s move from creams. Natural and muted tones, combined with natural woodgrains, are increasinglybeing used in furniture design and now often formthe starting point for decisions.

For more information and samples, call the EggerZoom® Hotline on 0845 606 8888 (local rate) orwww.egger.co.uk

The new H1725 Sand Provencial Elm ably meets the current demand for authentic woodgrainseven though elm is known as more of a simple, plain and elegant wood. Its natural featuresand the depth of the décor pattern realistically reflect an untreated wood surface.

The variation in the grain of Sand Provencial Elm allows subtle contrasts with neutral colourslike U702 ST9 Cashmere or white, creating a highly elegant yet natural finish with itspearlescent elements.

SANTHIA. THE VERSATILE.“I also want it.” Undoubtedly a wood décor that appealsto many people. It reflects many design styles and a newline of thought. “Learn to unlearn” inspires a re-thinkingbeyond the classic oak. The viewer gets variousimpressions. Santhia unites its Asian origin with typicalfeatures and strong-character properties of various woodtypes. The result is a slightly structured and elegant porepicture with soft swirls for a harmonious overall look.

REDGATE. THE UP-MARKET.“Unobtrusive but also with a strong character.” Redgate isabsolutely ‘timeless’ and fascinating. A particularlypresentable décor. The grain of the East-Asian hari-ga-ricomes to the fore in combination with harmonious oraccentuating single-colours. Although similar to the Europeanash, it has a more discreet structure in comparison: with asubdued colouring, soft planking, an open and structuredpore, cut flowers and remarkable stripe elements. Redgateranks among the top in terms of design quality.

During interzum, the innovative décor printer Interprintpresented new décors and product innovations at DesignPost Köln. Under the motto “Living in Contrasts”, theexhibition saw a lively exchange of ideas with a multitudeof international visitors over four days. The specialistaudience voiced their clear favourites. “The Six Pack”received the biggest response. Six décors ranging fromstylish to rocky to adorable. Each individual décor wasaccompanied by the story of its own development, whichwas recounted in a clear, entertaining manner. Thefavourite décors of our international guests at Design PostKöln deserve another moment‘s attention for anyone who

missed Design Post this May.

KATTHULT. THE NEW SWEDE.“Is that here Bullerbü?” It looks like it. A characteristic‘Scandinavian Design’ that looks very unobtrusive and yetidyllic. The Nordic conifer wood décor reminds you of abetter world. Originally very soft and thus ideal forstructuring and processing, the designers have perfectlyemphasised the typical Swedish look. Nice stripe elements,half-cut flowers, a slightly wavy, flowing structure and a great3D effect. A furniture décor that is fully in line with thecurrent trend towards Scandinavian design.

BATTLE ROCK. THE SEDUCTIVE.“Unbelievably natural, striking and attractive.” A décor thatyou want to touch immediately. The three-dimensionalhaptics really look authentic. Battle Rock has a face showingintensive experience of life that “left its traces”. Knots remainin the background, the pore picture is clearly structured, thecolouring is very harmonious and the charm is South-European. It’s a completely new oak that invites the viewerto take a longer look at it. Battle Rock will win many fans.

ARIZONA OAK. THE LIVELY.“Vivacious and sentimental.” The life of this oak ischaracterised by the wideness of a wild country region.Arizona’s heat and wind immortalised themselves in thedécor and the little cracks tell about this impressive naturalhistory. Knots play a subordinate role, clear pores come tothe fore and slight planking keeps the country-house look inharmony. Arizona Oak is a real natural beauty that remindsyou of the good old times – ‘Nostalgia’.

BOB‘S PINE. PURE HANDICRAFT.“Treated and popular.” The conifer wood of this décor is abeautiful pine that gives the impression of “real handicraft”and serves the current “Do-it-yourself trend”. The story ofBob’s Pine is vivid; it ranges from scratching tools, rubbingobjects, wind and weather to many strong blows. Bob theBuilder set to work and reworked the vintage wood bysanding, polishing and structuring it. Looks really good, man.

With their independent and contrast-rich characters, the “Six Pack”, as the delightful décor favourites areknown, capture the zeitgeist and tastes of aninternational target group.

Natural Touch from Kronospan is nowavailable at James Latham, thenatural choice in timber and wood

panelling. Now architects, designers andfurniture makers have an authentic rusticrealism using melamine. The applicationsare vast, and include everything fromcladding walls and building furniture tocreating fixtures, and it is already a big hitwith the shopfitting and hospitality markets.

Natural Touch has the authentic lookand feel of real timber as it is the firstembossed-in-register melamine board wherethe grain texture precisely matches thesurface finish. The surface structure issynchronised to match the image of thewood grain below, thus achieving thegraining and subtle variations of shade andtone in an organic texture.

Natural Touch is pre-finished, extremelydurable, easy to work with and offers aconsistency in both colour and grain. It isalso a cheaper option than a finishedveneered board and every board retains aconsistent appearance.
