Rolls-Royce

Vector Aerospace supports the Rolls-Royce T56 and 501-D series of engines, minimizing operator costs by developing new in-house repair schemes for high-cost engine components. Vector Aerospace offers full T56/501-D repair and overhaul capabilities without the need to sub-contract, therefore maintaining full control over its labour and materials, and minimizing costs for our customers. Vector Aerospace also offers extensive in-house overhauls and repair capabilities for the UTAS (Hamilton Sundstrand) 54H60 propeller system and for Lockheed Martin Quick Engine Change (QEC) nacelle rotables.

Honeywell

As a Honeywell authorized maintenance facility for the ALF502 and LF507 engines, Vector Aerospace offers comprehensive engine repair and refurbishment. All variants of Honeywell ALF502 and LF507 are supported, with in-house component repair and overhaul.

Pratt & Whitney Canada

Vector Aerospace is a fully-authorized Pratt & Whitney Canada Distributor & Designated Overhaul Facility (DDOF) for the complete range of PT6A series engines, and a Designated Overhaul Facility (DOF) for the JT15D, the PW100 family, the PW150A and the PW300 series engines (including the PW305A, PW305B, PW306A, PW306C, PW307A, PW308A and PW308C). We also support PT6A and PW100 fuel accessories.

T56 Total Propulsion Solution

Our facility boasts an extensive in-house overhaul and repair capability for the T56 engine, from the propeller, through the engine and its accessories, including Quick Engine Nacelle (QEC) rotables. To offer you best value it is a case of repair rather than replace for components and accessories alike. Our ‘repair over replace’ ethos extends throughout the fuel and engine accessory overhaul capability and is backed up by our comprehensive specialised processes and in-house test facilities. No matter how complex the repair, a solution can always be engineered.

Engine Component Repair Vector Aerospace is able to restore to serviceable condition those engine components found to be in a repairable state during initial inspection. Typical types of repair carried out include:

• Plasma coating of a variety of surfaces.• Vacuum furnace heat treatment• Full non-destructive testing capability (NDT)
