WELCOME to our 28th Annual Spring Fling Producon Sale!2020 was one crazy year, as we all know. Here at the ranch the grasshoppers were plenful, rain a lile sparse, and pasture in high demand. TheThe bulls are gaining and we are happy to report that they are right on target with a 3.11 lb/day gain. This will ensure that you get a sound bull, ready to work! Dr. Kae Rein, DVM will again be ferlity tesng and evaluang the bulls before the sale and we will have those updates on sale day. We have sent in 14 DNA samples and hope to have that informaon by sale day also. The quality of the cale runs deep in the pedigrees and we hope you take the me to delve into these genecs.

The yearling heifers are ready to enter your herd, they have had their pre-breeding vaccinaons and are cycling like crazy!! They will make great cows and be an asset to your program.

Ron traveled to Illinois to look at the Andras bulls and bring in some new genetics to our herd. He picked out Bando, who was a long yearling. Great depth of rib, big muscled profile and he meets the Top Dollar Requirements. His dam has a 106 MPPA. Bando posted a 113 W. Ratio and 107 Y. Ratio. His bull progeny averages: 77 lbs at birth, 706 lbs at weaning and 1165 lbs at yearling. Co-Owned with: Andras Stock Farms

Tremendous length, dark red and full of meat!! This will be his only progeny as we lost him last winter. Sire is from the Genex bull battery and the dam is from our own Nordiques bull. He ratio’s in the top of the breed at 8% for WW, top 9% for YW, top 12% for ADG, and top 16% for HerdBuilder. His bull progeny averages: 83 lbs at birth, 679 lbs at weaning and 1149 lbs at yearling.

Page 5: FISCHER RED ANGUS

Justice is a growth bull and he does not disappoint. 20D combines two top AI sires with Grand Oscar 8014 and Justice 8013, known for maternal and growth traits. His EPD’s indicate that growth by placing him in the top 1% for weaning, top 2% for yearling, top 3% for ADG, and top 20% for PROs. His bull progeny averages: 83 lbs at birth, 791 lbs at weaning and 1262 lbs at yearling. Co-owned with: Keith & Janet Hill and Fritz Red Angus

We love the Deuce progeny. You can pick them out by the sheer volume and length. Deuce had an actual birth weight of 85 lbs, weaning weight of 841 lbs with a 112 ratio, yearling weight of 1348 lbs with a 113 ratio. This all put him at the top of his class. Moderate frame, wide body with lots of natural thickness, full of solid muscle with a disposition that will charm you. He’s in the top 5% of the breed for Milk, top 10% for Stayability, and 11% for Marbling. His daughters are in production now and WOWZERS, they are good. His bull progeny averages: 80 lbs at birth, 715 lbs at weaning and 1218 lbs at yearling.Co-Owned with Hammer Farms and Summers RedCo-Owned with Hammer Farms and Summers Red Angus

This Bando son is out of one of our top cows, one of those that you wish you had a hundred of in your herd! The maternal value this bull brings to the table is outstanding, with a HerdBuilder (HB) in the top 18%, Milk in the top 9%, and Stayability in the top 13%. Dam MPPA: 105Selling 1/2 interest and full possession.SideSide notes: The dam calved on 2/11 with a Bando heifer calf and the temperature was at -30 degrees...brrrr. We kept his 1/2 brother, TopShelf 9378, last year and used him. TopShelf calves are on the ground as we speak...looking GOOD!!

Page 7: FISCHER RED ANGUS

Introducing Rhythm, the first bull offered from our home raised Herd Bull, Fischer Deep End 851. Rhythm is best suited for use on cows. He offers exceptional growth and will add pounds to his progeny. The Grand dam comes from Canada.Dam MPPA: 102

Lorem Ipsum

Real Deal says it all. Dam is a maternal sister to Lot 1, both going back to Heiress 8178. Real Deal has excelled since day one, with a 77 lb BW, 787 lb weaning weight with a ratio of 111, and a 1300 lb yearling weight with a ratio of 109. This bull carries performance and strong maternal traits. Dam MPPA: 102Selling 1/2 interest and full possession.

Top heifer bull candidate with some added performance. Dam is a very moderate framed cow. Actual BW of 61bs to 704 lbs at weaning, very respectable. All of the Justice calves were low birthweight and explosive growth.

Lorem Ipsum

BIG NEWS---HERD BULL PROSPECT! Performance galore, started at an actual BW of 64 lbs from a first calf heifer, who is no slouch. Top bull at weaning with 882 lb and tops again at yearling with 1391 lbs. This bull is very eye appealing, long, and dark red. Outstanding EPD's, backed up by pedigree and performance. Top 4% for WW, top 7% YW, top 6% for Milk. You need to see this guy to appreciate him!! Dam MPPA: 110Selling 1/2 interest and full possession.

AI Sire here we used from the ABS lineup. Brings in some new genetics to the herd. Would be a great heifer bull. Narrow at the shoulders, medium framed and a small head. Finish Pro is in the top 10% for Stayability and top 16% of the breed for HerdBuilder (HB).

Lorem Ipsum

This bull belongs to our son, Dallas. Have you ever seen one of the best waterfalls in all of Montana called Woodbine Falls? A must see just like this heifer bull prospect! Those that follow our program are familiar with the Ms Nibb cow line offering very maternal factories. Low birth, followed by good growth and always gets the job done. Woodbine is in the top 17% of the breed for HerdBuilder (HB). Actual BW of 66 lbs. Dam MP66 lbs. Dam MPPA: 100

Page 10: FISCHER RED ANGUS

A Deep End 851 son from a cow we purchased from Strawberry Ridge. Deep is dark red, moderate structure, good footed. Ratioed 105 at WW, top 14% for HerdBuilder, and top 23% for PROS (Profitability and Sustainability index). Dam MPPA: 102

Lorem Ipsum

A solid Kodiak 538 son that brings in a top tier cow family, with Mattie. This is possibly the last of the Kodiaks to be offered here, as our semen supply is gone. Combining Mattie with the Ms Pan genetics is going to be a winner. Moderate frame, lots of length, very smooth and clean made, with solid EPDs.

Page 11: FISCHER RED ANGUS

Combines two of our herd bulls (Justice & Bando) into one awesome package. Fischer Sadie is sired by the original Kodiak. The resulting bull gives you powerful growth with a strong maternal background. This sure spells "PROFIT" in our book! Top 7% for WW and top 10% for YW. Dam MPPA: 102

Lorem Ipsum

Guess when this guy was born?? The dam is a daughter of Lazy MC Sergeant, who was a herd bull pick at Strawberry Ridge and is a Soldier 365 son. You'll keep the replacement heifers from this guy. Use him on heifers and then move him up to the big girls! He's in the top 6% for HerdBuilder.

Page 12: FISCHER RED ANGUS

This guy combines many of the influential genetics in our program, combining Mattie and Nordiques. This brings in some very strong maternal genetics. Add in Larkaba for power and stayability. Top 12% of the breed in HerdBuilder, top 18% for Yearling, and top 23% for Weaning.

Lorem Ipsum

This guy reminds us of his sire, with his wide body, deep ribbed and a lot of power. 81 lb BW, 736 WW with a ratio of 104, 1266 lbs at yearling and a 106 ratio. Rock solid growth. Top 2% for Milk. We really like this bull a lot and the SSS Blockana cow is a great line of cattle. Dam MPPA: 106

Page 13: FISCHER RED ANGUS

HERD BULL ALERT...this guy is "Intent" on being noticed and you will notice him! Added length and his growth EPD's are backed up by his performance. Top 1% for WW, 2% for YW, 13% for Milk, 23% for Stayability. The Cherabell dam has always been solid and Romo 763 left many outstanding daughters. Dam MPPA: 108Selling 1/2 interest and full possession.

Lorem Ipsum

The youngest bull in the sale, but he brings in some powerful genetics, especially the maternal Grand Sire-Mulberry and combine that with the Mahogany cow family and it is pure RED GOLD! He's in the top 5% for HerdBuilder and then the top 30% for six other EPDs (ProS, WW, YW, HPG, STAY,CW). TAKE IT TO THE BANK! Dam MPPA: 100

Page 14: FISCHER RED ANGUS

We considered keeping this guy as he exemplifies the qualities we look for: structurally correct, moderate framed, and a great maternal cow line. Solid EPD's backed up by performance. A unique pedigree with Marble Bar and Sakic.

Lorem Ipsum

Here's a unique pedigree on the dam's side, combining some solid old time genetics that helped make the breed. Remember Copper Rob who is known for his outstanding daughters, add two of the top cow lines from the Brylor Ranch in Canada, Cherok and Marta. Add Northern King, a top King Rob son, and the stars aligned right on this guy. Suggested use on cows as he is a larger framed bull. Dam MPPA: 101

Page 15: FISCHER RED ANGUS

Traces back to an Osce dam. Osce made a definite mark on our herd. This guy is not overpowering, just rock solid. Deep End added a nice touch to him.

Lorem Ipsum

Dam came from the NILE in 2017, where she was crowned the MTRAA Futurity Champion. She had an outstanding bull calf last year, selling to the Olson Ranch and comes back 369 days later and has another bull. Larger framed, very maternal and long. 104 weaning ratio, 106 yearling ratio. Just gotta love this guy! Dam MPPA: 101

Page 16: FISCHER RED ANGUS

Let this guy be in charge of your herd and good things will happen. Moderate BW of 81 and over 700 at Weaning. Traits that will make you money and replacements will be priceless. Dam is a Red Kodiak daughter and is also the grand dam to Lot 11. Dam MPPA: 102

Lorem Ipsum

You can bet the house on this guy! Deuce did an exceptional job here with a BW of 82 to WW of 785 and yearling of 1310. Yes, that's a sure bet. The dam came through the NILE sale and has been a solid producer.

Page 17: FISCHER RED ANGUS

One of our favorites, rock solid pedigree. Grand dam is Lot 1's dam. This dam produced the 2nd top seller in our 2020 sale, Fischer Calvary, selling to Laubach Red Angus. If you are looking to raise your own replacements, this could be the bull. Nice dark color, plenty of length and a proven dam with history! Dam MPPA: 103

Lorem Ipsum

Dam was at the top of her class in 2017. Excellent bull to use on heifers. Very smooth made, smaller framed, dark red. He is Mr. Polite and very patient when feeding time comes and you can bet where he will be in the chow line!

Page 18: FISCHER RED ANGUS

The dam is a solid Osce daughter and she never produces many bulls, so here's your chance to own one. Hard to believe she is a 10 year old cow and had another heifer calf once again this year. Her calves are always long bodied and very moderate on the birth weights.

Lorem Ipsum

Great heifer bull here, very smooth made. Dam was purchased at the NILE. The sire was also at NILE several years ago. Lots of great maternal built in this bull. Dam MPPA: 100

Page 19: FISCHER RED ANGUS

Need a drink? Ron likes his beer and he sure likes this bull. Take a good look at his performance, 78 BW, 765 WW for a ratio of 108 and a 1271 YW with a ratio of 107. Milk EPD is in the top 2% of the breed, you just gotta love that!! Dam MPPA: 103

Lorem Ipsum

Dam is a combination of two great sire lines that have worked well for us, Kodiak and Meet Specs, who were sold to Sutherlin Farms. This pedigree traces back to EBV 3531, a terrific female producer. We expect this bull to carry on the traditions of his ancestors. Top 6% for HerdBuilder and top 18% for Stayability.

Page 20: FISCHER RED ANGUS

Look at these EPD's: Top 2% for WW, 3% for YW, 7% ADG, 16% HB and top 20% in ProS. The Marta cow line has always produced solid genetics. Suggest you use this guy on cows and keep the replacement heifers. Dark red and plenty of depth. Dam MPPA: 102

Lorem Ipsum

Judge brings together two different herd bulls that we purchased from Fritz Red Angus, Rattle and Justice. The dam has produced several bulls in the past that customers have used on heifers with great success. Dark red, exceptionally smooth shoulders and great performance.

Page 21: FISCHER RED ANGUS

Dam's lineage goes back to a NILE purchase from Scotty Knaub. Smaller bull with plenty of depth. The Mona's have always thrown low birthweight. A heifer bull in the making.

Lorem Ipsum

This cow line can be traced back many, many years to our first NILE purchase, when Tim Shick was just a young pup getting into the business. Olivia's have been very solid in their production and this one is no different. Milk is in the top 10% of the breed. Dam MPPA: 103

Page 22: FISCHER RED ANGUS

This guy brings a very popular sire to his pedigree with Redman, a Canadian bull that sire's phenominal daughters. Combine this with Deuce and I'm betting you get some beautiful females.

Lorem Ipsum

Nice wedge shaped bull, with great thickness. Grand sire on dam side is Soldier 373, who is also the great grand sire of Lot 23. Notice most of the Deep End sons are all in the top 1/3 of the breed for HerdBuilder.

Page 23: FISCHER RED ANGUS

Smaller framed heifer bull, narrow shoulders and small head. Marta cow line has been good to us.

Lorem Ipsum

Dam is an ET, which is one of the ways we can get those Canadian genetics into our herd. This guy is a medium framed, dark red bull, could be used on heifers.

Page 24: FISCHER RED ANGUS

Full brother to Lot 36. You decide which one you like better. Pretty much "peas in a pod!"

Lorem Ipsum

Seems each year we get at least one set of twins, this time they were both bull calves. Full brother to Lot 37. Plenty of depth in these guys.

Page 25: FISCHER RED ANGUS

The genetics are in this guy, he just had a tough go when momma got sick in late summer. He's starting to take off now!!

1980 - The Fischer’s acquired their first Red Angus calf by trading a wicker high chair.1985 - Purchased their first five registered Red Angus and fully invested into the breed.1993 - Sold Fischer National 817 to ABS to be part of their semen package offerings.1994 - Purchased Osce 347 who became one of the top producing dams in the breed.2010 - Esther served as President of the Red Angus Foundation for 7 years.2020 - Marked the 35th anniversary of being part of the Red Angus breed.

The dam was the MTRAA Reserve Futurity Champion at the 2017 NILE. Very moderate heifer.

One of the first Bando's to sell. Smaller framed heifer. Maternal background!

Page 27: FISCHER RED ANGUS

Grandson Reese gets his college monies started here. His first heifer to sell and a Unique one with an EBV 6703 dam and add some power with Justice!

Youngest Heifer in the sale and belongs to Grandson Kai. Mattie cow line.

Page 28: FISCHER RED ANGUS

Dam was a purchase at the NILE from Redland's. In the top 11% for YW.

Olivia cow line and a maternal one at that...traces WAY back to our first NILE purchase.

This one is hard to let go!! This is the top ratioed heifer calf and sired by Deuce. Dam is still in herd at the age of 13 years old. Top 5% for WW and top 8% for YW.

Combines the new genetics of Bando with the Nibb cowline that traces back to the calving ease sire of Fischer Nordiques.

Page 29: FISCHER RED ANGUS

Here's a name you have heard of in our herd, OSCE, best get this one before we change our mind! Dam just had a half sister to this heifer!

Smaller framed heifer. We have several 1/2 sisters in the herd and we lost the dam this summer.

Top 9% in the WW and top 12% in the YW, you can really build a herd on this girl!

Here's your chance to get a Mahogany!! Great cow line that functions well.
