First time login to PC

Step 1: If you find the other user Account Screen, click on the back arrow.

Step 2: Press “other user”.

Step 3: Fill In your username & password provided by the IET or Registration

department.

Username: 20xx-xxxx

Password: ***********

Then, Click on Submit arrow or press Enter key from keyboard.

Step 4: Wait for the system setting up your first time profile.

Step 5: You will get this window. Press on Desktop icon.

How to change your login system password using the college PC

Follow these steps:

1- Fill In your username & password provided by the IET department or Registration.

Username: 20xx-xxxx

Password: ***********

2- Now press Alt+Ctrl+Del button together and you can see an

option “change a password”.

When you select that a new screen will come up

3- It will ask you to put your old password and type new

password.

(New password should be at least six characters).

Next time logon with new password.

Note: This password change will affect the following systems:

PC login, Internet WiFi, SIS, and LMS.

How to log into your Office365 email account

1- Open the below link in browser:

You will get the below window:

2- Fill your email and password given to you by Registration department then press “Sign in”.

Note: In order to connect, your email username and password is provided to

you on the orientation.

3- If you receive the below window, choose the Kuwait, Riyadh zone then click on “Save”.

4- Now, you are ready to use your mailbox as below snap:

How to change the email password

1- Open an internet browser (internet explorer, Google Chrome, Yahoo Firefox)

2- Open the URL mail.ac-kuwait.edu.kw in the address bar.

3- Fill your email and current password then press “Sign in”

4- Press the icon located on the top right-hand corner of the page and select “Office 365 Settings”.

5- The General menu appears scroll down to Password and click on “Change your password”.

6- Fill the old and new password then click on “Submit” Important note: please read the password convention settings in screen below.

7- Click on “Mail”.

How to use the wireless network

1- First step to find the Wireless Network on your Laptop (AC-Students-WiFi) Click on it,

2- Select the student wifi then press Connect.

3- Put the username and password

In order to connect, use the password provided to you on the orientation day.

How to access the SIS and LMS

To access SIS:
