What you can do with Cooler Email:

- organize your events and share them with selected contacts- import your contacts from an excel doc or your Gmail contacts (or other places), and create your contact list- prepare your emails and newsletters and send it to selected contacts depending on the groups you are managing

Cooler Email helps you by suggesting sending test emails, test events, etc. + they have a wide range of video tutorials and articles within their help section

Conclusion: even if it’s easy to use, hoteliers won’t find time to track their emails and check statistics…

Add an item (question) by selecting the question type (below) + your theme

Directly share on G+, send by email or view responses

Wide range of suggested themes

You will then receive an email like this one to confirm that your form has been sent to the selected contacts

The next easiest step is the data collection: the email gives you access to a spreadsheet where all the answers

will be included: easy to track your audience involvement and evaluate their participation!

When you have access to your spreadsheet with all the results, you can manage your notifications by accessing the Tools tab
