Fun Experience History

NILGIRI•Nilgiri or Nil Giri is one of the tallest peaks and

beautiful tourist spot in Bangladesh. It is about 3500 feet high and situated at Thanci Thana. It is about 46 km south of Bandarban on the Bandarban-Chimbuk-Thanchi road. It is also the origin of some tribal people(Toda).

SCENARIO• The whole spot is covered with the blanket of clouds.

Anyone can enjoy a cloudy experience. Winter is waiting for it’s visitors with it’s foggy gesture on the height. It is a nice place for campfire in that season. On the winter vacation last year, we decided to visit a tourist place. We collected all the tourist place list. And finally we thought Nilgiri is the best place to visit in winter for its beauty.

JOURNY•We went to Chittagong through train,Then we

reached Bandarban through a bus . From the Bandarban-sadar we hired a Chader-Gari . On the way to Nilgiri, we had to register our name and address to the military check post. Finally we reached Nilgiri and stayed there for a few days.

VISIT & LEAVE•When we reached there, we saw the whole spot

was surrounded with clouds. There was a beautiful resort in the top of the mountain which we visited and enjoyed. Our most attractive time was the dawn, It was amazing. We spent some time with the tribal people. They seemed very friendly. After having much fun, We came back home safely………
