The Northern Lights Health Foundation Festival of Trees giving your community, your family, and yourself the gift of good health this holiday season

The Northern Lights Health Foundation’s Festival of Trees,

presented by Syncrude Canada, brings a special kind of Christmas

magic to our community. Join your Wood Buffalo family and celebrate the

joy of the season and the spirit of giving.

The Festival of Trees is an annual three-day event that kicks off the holiday

season, with uniquely decorated Christmas trees, great entertainment, family

fun, an elegant gala and wonderful opportunities to get into the holiday spirit

while supporting local health care. This year's event is November 16 -18 at

the Suncor Community Leisure Centre at MacDonald Island Park.

Since 1985 the Festival of Trees has been a longstanding community tradition,

officially kicking off the holiday season in the Regional Municipality of Wood

Buffalo. The event has experienced major growth with the number of

supporters and volunteers to the generous gifts from both individual and

corporate donors, who support our vision of ‘connecting our community

with excellence in healthcare.’

About Us The Northern Lights Health Foundation (NLHF)

was established in 1985 as the lead non-profit

fundraising organization to support Alberta

Health Services in the Regional Municipality of

Wood Buffalo. The Northern Lights Health Foundation connects you with the

opportunity to have a direct and positive impact on health care in our community.

Your generous support will enable the NLHF to continue providing critical

funding for state of the art medical equipment.
