The Victorian Training Guarantee (VTG) makes vocational training more accessible to people who do not hold a post-school qualification, or who want to gain a higher level qualification than they already hold. Who is eligible? You are eligible for a guaranteed training place under the Victorian Training Guarantee if you are: ; an Australian citizen; or ; a permanent visa holder; or ; a New Zealand citizen And fall into one of the below categories: ; under 20 years of age (as at 1st January 2015) and seeking to enrol in nationally recognised training; or ; over 20 years of age (as at 1st January 2015) and seeking to enrol in nationally recognised training in a course that is at a higher qualification level than the highest qualification held at the time of the scheduled commencement of training Individuals undertaking training under the following arrangements may not be required to meet particular aspects of the eligibility criteria: I. Asylum Seekers and Victims of Human Trafficking Initiative II. Access to the VTG for retrenched employees; and III. Automotive Supply Chain Initiative Do not be discouraged if you do not meet the above eligibility criteria as we offer training for full fee paying students. How many courses can an eligible individual do? If you have met the eligibility criteria, you are eligible under the VTG to Commence a maximum of two (2) government subsidised courses in a calendar year, two (2) government subsidised courses at the same level in your lifetime and undertake a maximum of two (2) government subsidised courses at any one time. How much will I pay?

The student tuition fees as published are subject to change given individual circumstances at enrolment.

What does my materials fee include? ; Individual Course Manuals ; Fit2Work National Police Check ; Aged Care Training Polo Shirt ; Name Badge for your Practical Placement ; First Aid Manual

There is a deposit required to secure your place in the course. This deposit is subtracted from the Materials Fee and as such is not refundable once training has commenced.

DepositTo secure a place in an upcoming course, a $50.00 deposit is required. The deposit is non-refundable once training has commenced. Invoices are raised within 14 days of training commencement. Payment is required within 14 days from invoice date.

Payment OptionsOn enrolment, students will take up one of the following payment options:

� Pay the full amount of fees and charges � Pay fees and charges by instalment; payment plans are negotiated with each

individual, and enables the individual to pay their fees whilst completing the course

Recognition of Prior LearningFor those individuals wanting to access RPL assessment the below fees and charges will apply:

Application Fee Covers initial assessment of RPL requirements $ 250.00RPL Assessment For the assessment of RPL $ 60.00 per hour

Please note that approval from the individual will be sought prior to commencing any further RPL assessment.

Refund PolicyWe will grant a refund for the below circumstances:

� Where Aged Care Training Services cancels a course, a full refund will apply (including deposit)

� Where an individual withdraws from a course (Applicable to Full Fee paying students only);

- A full refund of the fee will apply for any unit that the individual has yet to commence training- A 50% refund will apply for any unit that the individual has commenced but not completed. Refunds are based on the number of units in the training plan

� If an individual has paid a fee for which is no longer required because of credit transfers, we will refund an amount equal to the difference between the fee paid and the fee payable based on the number of units to be undertaken (Applicable to Full Fee paying students only)
