Fastnet Forwarding Ltd can provide you with a competitive solution to your worldwide freight movements. From quotation stage through to collection and final delivery, we have the network to ensure your products are delivered on time. Our knowledge of the various ‘marketsOur knowledge of the various ‘markets’ together with the buying power of the Star Cargo Group enable us to offer the most cost effective and advantageous routes. Deep sea services include, LCL, FCL, 20 or 40 ft conventional containers with dedicated services to Australasia, Far East, India, Middle East, South Africa and USA. For the consignments which cannot be containerised, we can offer an extensive range of 20/40 foot ‘Flat Rack’ and open top containers complete with load securing and protection equipment. We can provide conventional or ‘roll on roll off’ services for ‘out of gauge’ or wheeled traffic together with cross trade and transhipment services via European ports.
For your urgent shipments, whether it is a sample, ship spares, replacement machinery or haz-ardous cargo, we can provide the airfreight service to suit your requirements. With daily low cost consolidations worldwide, including door to airport or door to door shipments, IATA/CASS membership and direct airline accounts ensure we obtain for you the most competi-tive rates in the market. Dependent upon urgency against cost we can provide direct or transhipment services to suit your requirements.
As just in time transport becomes an industry standard requirement, Fastnet can provide a Pan European distribution service. Both export and import from a single carton through to full loads Fastnet have daily services to and from mainland Europe. Utilising modern curtain side trailers, box and refrigerated trailers we accommodate conventional palletised consignments as well as abnormal loads and hazardous cargo. Backed up by a well established network of agents and aBacked up by a well established network of agents and affiliates in all of the major European cities and distribution hubs we are able to offer a fully integrated logistics solution. With satellite tracking and efficient communication systems we can monitor your consignments from collection through to delivery ensuring demanding deadlines are met. For those particularly urgent shipments we are also able to provide a dedicated vehicle offering an express service.04
