PREPARATION:Make sure the surface isclean, dry and free from dirt,oil, grease, wax and polish.Wipe the surface with paintthinner.If you are working with barewood, sand thoroughly in thedirection of the grain usingsuccessively finer grades ofsandpaper up to 220 grit.On previously finishedwood* in good condition, alight sanding over the entirearea with 220 grit sandpaperwill help the finish to adhere.Remove all sanding dust using a tack cloth ora rag dampened with paint thinner.

APPLICATION:Stir well (do not shake orthin). Check color bybrushing on an unseen area.Flow on first coat usinglong, even strokes in thedirection of the grain.Maintain a wet edge andbrush out any lap marks.Allow to dry 2 hours, then rublightly using fine sandpaper orsteel wool. Wipe off dust witha tack cloth. Apply a second coat.Additional coats will produce a darker color.
