DEPARTMENT OF AUTOMOBILE ENGINEERING ASSOCIATION ACTIVITIES

Department of Automobile Engineering jointly with Sri Pandiyan TVS, Kalavasal, Madurai has

conducted One Day Hands-on-Training about “Dismantling, Assembling and Trouble Shooting of Two

Wheeler” on 01.10.2015. Students from Various Colleges participated in the event and get benefited. This

Workshop offered students a chance to learn how to maintain their own vehicles and to do minor trouble

shooting and knowledge about working of a vehicle.

DEPARTMENT OF CIVIL ENGINEERING ASSOCIATION ACTIVITIES

One Day Workshop on “Concrete

Mix Design” was conducted on 05.10.2015

by the Department of Civil Engineering.

Students from Various Colleges participated

in the event and get benefited. Hands-on-

Training was given on “Preparing Concrete

Mix Proportions”. An Overview of the

Problems of Practical Concreting and types

of curing and failures of shuttering during

concreting was also explained.

One Day Workshop on “Practical Concreting” was conducted by

Department of Civil Engineering for St. Michael Polytechnic Students on

29.12.2015 in the College Premises. Hands-on-Training and Video Tutorial

for Concrete Testing were explained to the students.
