Face-to-Face Instruction is from 8:50 am – 4:05 pm
Students may not be dropped off before 8:20 am
Car riders arriving before 8:20 am must remain in the car until cleared by a wellness monitor
All new schedules will be active on Monday, October 5
While waiting for their designated date to return to campus, 7th and 8th graders will join their teachers online. Watch your student email account for Teams links or other information from your new teachers.

Health and Safety ProtocolsPlease do not send your child to school if you/he/she is experiencing any of the following symptoms:

Parents or students submit screener DAILY before 6:45 AM in Skyward (Parent Access or Student)
Campus will check for completion before students enter instructional areas of building
Arrival Procedures Bus Riders
Will remain on bus until a staff member signals to disembark
Wellness check will occur at the Commons doors
Students will be directed to socially distance
Walkers/Bike Riders Enter at the Commons doors
Screening will begin at 8:20 am daily
Car Riders Do not exit the car until a Wellness Monitor completes screening
Follow the directions of staff on duty

Enter through the front doors
• No adults are available to supervise students or facilitate social distancing before 8:20 am.
• There will be NO early morning tutorials, so students should not arrive on campus before 8:20 am
Bus Protocols Utilization of 50% capacity = 24 students per bus
Students must wear a mask (over nose & covering mouth) on bus
Students will be loaded from back to front & exit from front to back
Drivers will sanitize buses between each group of passengers
Failure to follow bus procedures/expectations may result in removal from bus service

Students should remain socially distanced
Students will pass through a Wellness Check
1. Check completion of screening form
2. No-contact temperature check
3. Facial covering check
(suggestion: back-up in backpack)

Students report directly to COMMONS on First 2 Days
1st period/5th period teachers will pick them up
Please make sure you check your schedule in Skyward on Monday, October 5
After the first 2 days, all students will report directly to their 1st/5th period class when arriving, unless they are picking up breakfast
Cloth facial coverings MUST remain on (over nose & mouth) at all times in the building

Social Distancing – 6’ recommendation
Signage throughout building & some floor decals
Hallway Traffic – Stay to the Right to create traffic flow
Stairway Traffic – Stairwells are designated as UP or DOWN only
Restroom Use – Restrooms will be closed during transition times, and teachers will take each class on a scheduled restroom/hand washing break.

Water fountains – only for bottle refilling
Lockers – Will not be issued
Needed Individual Student Supplies:

Cloth mask to wear, plus a spare
Refillable water bottle
Technology device & earbuds
Hand sanitizer & disinfecting wipes
Pencils, map colors, glue stick, scissors, etc.

Cafeteria Procedures Breakfast & Lunch are FREE until December 31
Breakfast will be “grab and go”
Lunch choices will be limited to one meat and one vegetarian option
Drinks and limited snacks will be available for purchase
NO CHANGE will be given for cash purchases. Any change will be automatically deposited into student lunch account
Students will use ID to scan lunch account number at the register
Deposit funds and monitor your child’s lunch account through School Café
Dismissal Procedures Walkers and Bike riders will be dismissed first.
Bus riders will be dismissed by bus number in a staggered fashion
Car riders will be dismissed in a staggered manner.
Print your child’s name neatly on a large sheet of paper placed in the front window/dash board. First name, Last name, grade level.
Consider leaving your home a few minutes later than planned to assist us with staggering traffic in front of the campus at dismissal.
Consider approaching the campus from the EAST side, rather than blocking traffic trying to turn left across Old Richmond Road from FM 1464.
Medication at School If your child will need any medication while at school, please contact the
nurse, Karyssa Baegthe, to make an appointment to drop off medication.
Medication must be in the original container, and prescriptions must have dosing information from a physician,
Students may not carry any prescription or over the counter medicine.

What happens if my child gets sick at school? Teacher will call campus nurse based on symptoms
Nurse may come to classroom to walk student down to clinic OR ask teacher to send student to clinic
Nurse will evaluate student
Parent contacted if student needs to go home –immediate pick-up
