Please find enclosed herewith the compliance status of protection audit carried out by

utilities (Maharashtra as on 30.09.2014, Chhattisgarh as on 30.06.2014 and Madhya Pradesh

as on 13.08.2014) in Western Region as on 30.09.2014, as per Hon’ble Commission’s order

dated 05.03.2014 in petition no. 220/MP/2012.

Gujarat intimated vide email that all deficiencies of category ‘A’ have been attended and

there were no deficiencies of category ‘B’.
