Please find enclosed herewith the compliance status of protection audit carried out by

utilities (Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh) in western region, as per

Hon’ble Commission’s order dated 05.03.2014 in petition no. 220/MP.2012 for your perusal.

The data of Maharashtra is on 08.08.2014 and is of Chhattisgarh is as on 30.06.2014 and with

respect to Madhya Pradesh it is as on 31.03.2014 (updated status from Madhya Pradesh still

awaited).

Gujarat has already attended all the observations of the category A and there

were no defects of Type B as reported by them vide email .
