Capture the Flag, Gaga Ball, 9 Square, Bear Hunt, Skit Night, Six O’clock News,

Showers in the Cabins, & Heated Pool.

Trained adult volunteer staff will supervise all

activities with the assistance of Wesley Woods program staff and high school volunteers.

Families are invited to a special Friday evening Dinner and a “shortened”

Closing Program at 6 pm. RSVP at Camper Drop Off on Sunday, July 14 at 3:30 pm.

Cost is $245 per camper

Early Bird Registration:

If fully registered (at Bethany & Wesley Woods websites) and a $100 deposit is paid by May 17, 2019, receive a $20 credit at the camp store .

Scholarships:

Available for anyone who has a need or if you register three or more campers from the same household. Please call or e-mail to make a request. Last year we gave over $1,500 in scholarships. No student will be turned away because of financial need.

Payment:

Cash or check (made out to “Bethany Church”).

Balance is due on or before June 28.
