Essentially, it is a white board that allows you to not only present photos and text but also show video and manipulate objects on screen in real time.

Explain Everything

When you first open the application, start a new presentation by pressing the plus sign in the left corner of the screen.

You have the choice of selecting a background with preset colors. Let’s select the one with a white background.

If at any time you want to change the palette, select the lower left button with the word slide on it. Press and hold. You'll see a small version of the screen you have up.

You can select the button Template change. The options for different palettes will show up. Select one of the present colors and your background changes.

The pencil that is highlighted allows you to draw on the screen.You can select the color by going got the three colors at the bottom left. You can change it by pressing and holding one of the colors.

A color wheel will show up and give you an option to change colors if you’d like. You can erase it by selecting the eraser. Or you can select the back arrow that points in a circle to the left.

You can change the pencil width by pressing the skinny pencil and holding it down. You get options to make the markings thicker. If you select the larger pencil, it creates a thicker marker.

If you press and hold the shapes button, you can select circles, squares, arrows, slashes and stars. If you want a specific interior and line color, you must select your color and outline first before making the final selection of the shape you'd like.

Select one colored square and hold it. The color wheel will show up with the tabs: Fill and Outline. This will allow you to chose the interior and exterior color of each shape.

If you change your mind, you can select the x on the left side of the selection panel. Select the item you want to delete. An x will show up attached to the right of the item. Select the x and it will disappear.

Also you can delete anything by stepping backward in time with the undo / redo arrow. If you select it now it will undo your previous choice and put the shape back on the screen. If you choose the right semi-circular arrow, you can redo the previous choice.

You can put text on the canvas by selecting the large letter A in the left tools panel. If you press and hold the letter, you can select the font a size and if you want a border.

If you want to just move or reposition the text, select the green check mark then select the hand with a finger in the left hand palette of tools. Select the item, press and drag the text to where you want it to stay.

Select the plus symbol on the left panel of tools and you will be shown a number of options. You can select photos that are stored in your photos or located in other cloud apps that are on you tablet like DropBox and Google Drive.

If you select existing sound, it will open up iTunes on an iPad and give you options to select recordings you made or items in your purchased music.

If you select math equations, you'll be given a panel of options to choose from.

Selecting New Photo means you can add a photo by just taking a shot of it with your iPad or phone.

Selecting New Video, gives you the option to record video on the fly. And selecting the web browser allows you to type in the web browser of your choice and show content that may have video or any other item on the website you want to highlight.

The tool right beneath the X is the tool for the pointer. This you can use when trying to highlight something on the screen.

The magnifying glass with the plus sign allows you to shift an image you tap twice in the general direction you tap.

Selecting and holding the bottom left button with the up arrow next to slide number one allows you to add a screen.

A red x will show on the right upper corner of the small screen and you can delete it by pressing that x.

You press record and the application records all your movements. But what’s unique about this record feature is that it will record two separate videos on the same canvas at different times.

You record the steps to do something like fill out a form application. You stop the recording and then….select the right facing red arrow next to the timer. You’ll get an option to overwrite or mix.

Select mix. Then start a new recording.It will begin playing what you just recorded while recording a brand new videoon top of the one that is playing.

You can then annotate the video with arrows, writing on the screen or whatever you like.

Simply select the partial rectangle with an arrow pointing up. A large number of options will show up. Some them include exporting to your Google Drive, Dropbox or even YouTube.

If you just want to save it for later, just press the icon that looks like a house. It will ask you to name your project so you can save it.
