Since the beginning of 2019, the domestic vanadium market has continued its downward trend at the end of 2018. Surrounded by negative factors such as weak steel demand, new production capacity, stockpiling release, deal deadlock and optimal application of vanadium substitutes, vanadium price has been in the downward trend for a long time. The price of raw material market is directly close to the cost line of stone coal vanadium extraction enterprises. Most industry insiders predict that the lowest vanadium price in 2019 will force the whole industry to reshuffle.

In early March, FerroAlloyNet together with ChengSteel held the 8 th Vanadium Summit in Chengde, and joined hands with more than 400 participants to discuss the Vanadium market, and concluded that the price of vanadium in this year will ultimately be more rational and stable.
