Faculty members has attended various programs on Curricular development, and

feedback received from experts has been utilized in correcting & upgrading the

syllabus of the department. Department take continuous feedback from academic

mentors to update syllabus and various teaching learning methodologies to improve

teaching quality.

A curricular gradation committee has been formed including faculty members, experts

from corporate as industrial mentors, alumni as peer mentors.

The feedback is utilized to eradicate the Gap between Industry & Academics by

introducing new courses, Labs and updating the syllabus into practical’s as per the current

requirement and Faculties were also engaged in enhancing employability skill through

drives for final year students, Regular Industrial Visits and Industrial tours, SIP Projects

and Major research projects have been assigned in the third and fourth semester students

To achieve this objective department has adopted Quality Teaching Procedures code for

quality delivery, checking, planning and evaluation.

At ISBM knowledge and the capability to create and utilize knowledge are considered to

be the most important sustainable competitive advantage. We conceptualize knowledge

creation as a dialectical process, in which various contradictions are synthesized through

dynamic interactions among individuals, the organization, and the environment.

Knowledge is created in the spiral that goes through theory and practical approach in order

to meet industry requirement. For this department has its own case study development

centre, marketing & advertising lab to conduct research, management enclave for MDPs

and to conduct Consultancy.
