Identify three dimensional instructional materials and tell how their use can facilitate teaching and learning.
Contrived ExperiencesContrived Experiences
These are materials which are edited version of WHAT IS REAL.
Specimen and Objects
These are good substitutes of REALIA.
Examples are collect ROCKS, SHELLS et.al, collection of TOYS, TOOLS, COINS.
Through these, students will be able to infer, hypothesize and experiment a direct experience.
Models and Mock UpsModels and Mock Ups
These are recognizable imitation of the real thing except SIZE (usually scaled down)
Examples are MODEL ATOM, MOLECULES, AMOEBA or HUMAN BODY Parts.

1.Alteration of size, space and time.
2.Misconceptions may arise between the real and the contrived.
GLOBE
The most widely use model is the GLOBE, which is the reduced version of the earth.

In a whole sheet of paper, DESIGN your own one (1) WHOLE mask and/ or two (2) HALF/ EYE masks.
Theme: “The Other Side of Me”
TODAY
Submit the design today before the end of the class. This will serve as your ATTENDANCE during WORKING LUNCH Activity.
NEXT WEEK
Bring the MASK/ HALF or EYE MASKS along with your coloring materials (poster paint et al..) Available in NBS (Php15-30 each)
Be creative. And make sure that your follow your original sketch as much as possible.
